i give my gerbs hamster mix (prestige), almond nut, cashew nut, pumpkin seed, fuji apple (no seed), cucumber, celery, hagen rabbit pellet, carrot, mealworms & bread (the top & bottom layer)... and for the chewing thingy, since i cannot provide them the toilet roll round the clock, i put parquet wood (juz wood, no glue or varnished or what so ever)... so far when there's no hard-paper to chew they'll chew the wood... last longer somemore...
