skynet sucks to the max, my item has been ready for collection on 11/11 itself, Skynet collected them 14th Night, now showing a status say shipment Problem, Info required. but no email, no call !! Tried to call their CS but when i say my Parcel from Lazada, she asked me to call another " direct line" but off course no one answer my phone call.
ask lazada CS, the CS answer your parcel should reach by 19th Nov, if still not reach by 19th Nov only i could lodge a Complain against skynet....

I just call Skynet again because they simply bullshit!

At first say dunno what happen and ask for time to check, I bluff the CS says I am recording this call and will lodge a police report in a polite way
Call me back in less than 2 hours say they somehow cannot locate this item and is currently reviewing their CCTV footages.

thought lazada use different mode but after clarify lazada give me the same tracking code again.
