anyone experience with LEX courier? (AKA Lazada express). I ordered few items on 11.11 but they never arrived. All of those items were sent with LEX, any contact number of LEX? I cant find one. This sucks.

Today suddenly received sms and email informing my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated.

WTF! I did not request to cancel or refund. I order redmi 3s along with it's accessories on 11.11. Now most of the phone accessories has arrived then they want to cancel my phone without giving me any reason. Really disappointed with lazada on this. Shopping on other website b4, if they want to cancel any order, at least they will give me a call to clear things up. Lazada is BS.

nope, it is imported set. cheaper than official store.

Got a reply from lazada, the CS stated the order has been cancelled due to 'delivery failed'.
The answer is too general, I could not pin point the exact problem at all. Whether is the courier(LEX) or the seller, I don't know.
I request for further explanation on the matter.
Is there any way to check which courier service the lazada seller going to use? Im going to avoid LEX at all cost.
