Refund initiated...just reorder it with a different address or let the customer service know? hmm.gif

I bought some baby products during 11.11, half of them cancelled until today. Even after reordering, it silently gets cancelled as well. Yup, Lazada is nonsense. Suspect my phone number is blacklisted as some people on this forum mentioned before.

I made some test purchases after that, and it seems to be come down to the phone number used. I did a duplicate order from the same account, same name, address but different phone number and it went through.

But I'm still annoyed because I wasn't spamming the system, I only bought an additional set of baby bottles and they started cancelling all my orders from then on. Contacted their customer service but they're clueless as usual. Probably just have to bear it I guess.

The answer is too general, I could not pin point the exact problem at all. Whether is the courier(LEX) or the seller, I don't know.
I request for further explanation on the matter.
Is there any way to check which courier service the lazada seller going to use? Im going to avoid LEX at all cost.

I had email replies from 3 different CS and all 3 gave me different answers. Frankly, I don't think they even know what's the root cause or care about it.

Example, the latest reply I got was : . The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

What does that even actually mean? It's just a generic answer.... mad.gif

You can't check the courier service of the seller I believe currently.
