lol if u lucky get noob CS then u might get sorry code.

I kena before declined then i ask for sorry code and got it, then use the code to buy things again declined.
few rounds of phone calls and arguing until fighting also, at last no use the CS says i abuse voucher so get nothing.

abuse code means 1 person using same code multiple times, aka multiple accounts

I bought 1 during 11.11 sale with Digi RM111 coupon, just costs me RM388

FYI its no use to complaint or take actions against ClickAsia.
However u can try to politely ask G5 they might give compensate code.

I also encounter similar issue at 11street.my last week 1 of the seller put wrong price for Petrona Gift Card priced at RM100 for card worth RM200 credit.

I purchased 7 pieces (total RM1400 value), and many more buyers also all cancelled by the seller.
