Ok nice.

Lets say i buy today.

Then i decide to choose where the location shop i want or the shop will contact me and tell me the location?

Usually how long i need to wait after purchase the tyre?

Thank you  smile.gif

Process:
1. Buy tyre in our Lazada store (make sure use valid address when checkout even though customer come to shop later, Lazada will reject the order with invalid address)
2. Lazada will pass me order (sometimes Lazada fast in giving me order sometimes need few hours, I think someone in Lazada approve the order)
3. Once I receive the order, I'll contact customer to make appointment and suggest the nearest installer location based on the address in the order, but customer can change to whichever location they like.
4. Customer come to the workshop on appointment date for installation.

Usually need 1 working day for tyre delivery from central warehouse to the installer. But sometimes can do installation on the same day or next day. Depends on situation. This will be discuss during making appointment.

I just bought 4 xm2 from v8 tyre shop through lazada. Well, you have to be careful and remember to ask about the manufacturing date. At first they wanted to feed me with some old stocks, and when I asked, they took the one with a newer manafacturing date and acted like nothing had happened.

Besides that, everything is just perfectly fine. Ladaza will give you a call to check on the status as well.

All our tyre posted in Lazada store is not reaching 1 year old tyre.
In fact those older than 1 year we'll specify it in our product eg: Toyo T1R
And soon these more than 1 year old tyres we plan to give a massive discount like 20%-50% off to clear it out

Oh i see. May i know what happen if use old stock? Does it give impact to car? Im sorry not expect too much on tyre
*
My personal opinion nothing wrong with it as long it doesn't exceed 1.5years it is ok.
Check your current old tyre which almost need to change on your car, I bet it is 2014/2013 or older tyre. It is still operable. And further more, the warranty from manufacturer not even ended yet before you need to change the old tyre to new 1. Local manufacturer usually give 5 years warranty from purchase date, michelin give 6 years.
To share a funny story from industry friend where a customer is ok with the week 1 2016 tyre but totally cannot accept the last week of 2015 tyre, it's like once over 23:59:59 31/12/2015 the tyre will directly turn to shit blink.gif
