I just bought something using the apps and Maybank credit card, it auto detects and minus from the total...so no problem so far.

Hey guys, I bought an item early November...since the item was from overseas so the delivery date is longer and expected to arrive at the end of November. Now it's already December and the item still have not arrive. What's worst is that the status is mark "Closed" when I tried to track the order in Lazada website. I received an email saying the item has reached Malaysia and should be delivered within 48 hours but I never got the item. I dropped them an email yesterday to see what happened but no response so far.

Anyone experienced something similar?

I've bought few items from Lazada before and no problem but this is the first time. I do not know why the hell they marked it as closed when the item has not been delivered at all. If they at least refund the money ASAP then I am okay. Not sure need to drag til how long.

I am not sure what kind of courier they use. I got the tracking number though. It says Shipped by 'LGS-CNMY07'. I didn't get a call or anything. No call, no notice, no paper - nothing.

Just got a reply from them. It says it has refund to me due to unable to deliver as no one at home? No one at home then terus refund? Dafuq? I checked my credit card transaction...still haven't see the refund. They said the refund was done yesterday 3pm.
