Browsing the last 5-10 pages here, I see a lot of people have problems with LEX courier as well...
Any idea on how to successfully escalate issue of non-delivery/delays further? |

Update to my non-delivery of XiaoYi Dashcam ordered during 11.11 flash sale...

Me: That's slightly reassuring but does not resolve my issue of not receiving what I ordered. As you know, it was bought during the 11.11 sale at flash sale price Will I get any compensation due to this debacle? Me: Sure I can wait if you can confirm it will be on flash sale again but I highly doubt that. No thank you. I am sorely disappointed. Just quickly process my refund. Helpful CS: Alright Ahmad, we are already processing your refund. Once completed, we will inform you via email. TL;DR: 1. Ordered dashcam during flash sale 2. LEX delivery status changed from Delivery to Failure to deliver in just 6 minutes 3. CS cannot explain anomalies in delivery (while all the time getting facts wrong) 4. They silently change status to refund yesterday night |
