Has anyone successfully cancelled and obtained refunds from Lazada? How long does it take?

My item has been lost for more than 1 week by Lazada Express. I think its lost in their own Regional Hub / Sorting Centre as it hasn't even gone out for delivery.

I asked for an immediate refund via telephone and e-mail, but no acknowledgement yet. Will they honour this, or do I have to make a police report?

The Customer Service that spoke to me today was very incompetent. Sounds very untrustworthy.

Have to call again later to check that he really put in a refund request. Somehow I feel that he was just messing with me.

Not bad, better than driving to Tesco. No voucher allowed though, but I needed diapers and shopback+PBB Visa Signature makes it fairly okay price.

anyone here tried your item stay on courier service counter and self collect?
meaning you purposely ask seller to ship to courier counter side and you willing to self collect after item arrive at courier office.

many times, usually gdex because they will call u before out for delivery. i just tell them, i'll pickup personally.

example poslaju if you not home or they cannot ship(due to too many item) they wont do re-attempt delivery unless we request. UNLIKE skynet, they will do multiple attempt without telling you and sometimes I already arrive at they punya collection center, the office lady said, ala cik brg cik ad kt driver so kena tunggu)

you can try use those parcel locker like inpost or boxit

i think that project mcm fail je as I remember. Now not all merchant or courier willing to. Although there is impost located nearby my house, skynet didnt bother to put it there

i wish lazada product page got option to choose which courier service available to use, and also the option to deliver to mentioned address or collect at courier company branch.

Just 20 minutes ago, all of my RN3 received. The 'courier guy' is not wearing skynet uniform but formal office wear. I teased him 'manager also has to send parcels', he replied 'I'm the cleaner of skynet. Cleaner can also wear smart'. I think he is one of the management staff. Thanks Cik Syaza, the CS girl who helped with the arrangement.

if u wan fast and u know ur item has oledi reach ur area's courier office, why not?

this is what i normally do. i will check online tracking, if item reach my area courier office, i will call them to reconfirm the item location. if confirm at courier office,then i ask them to keep for me for selfpickup.

better self pickup,can check content before sign....delivery usually they ask to sign first then give ur stuff
