why this item cant use the SEMUADA500 and other codes?

But I kinda like the changes. It's cheaper to buy some item from China now instead of using taobao. I used taobao but got two occasion item missing.

Personally I tried cod once and blacklisted it straight away. Why?

When the item was delivered, no discount code was applied. The cs said paid first and then refund later. But the delivery guy was friendly too. Suggested I reject straight. Scare later very hard to settle.
