In ur "Order details" page, there's a "Help" button on the middle left of you screen. Click it n enter ur question then click next. Enter you e-mail address then click "Chat with us". If there's no "Chat with us" button, means there's no online agent available, u'll have to re-do again.

Skynet is really rubbish. i doubt they even bothered to deliver, just say cannot find.
GDEX also quite slow here.

probably Poslaju more decent one.

Lol. My order since 13th waiting to be picked up. LEX sucks. I dont care if they have many order to work on due to 11.11. An order stuck waiting to be pick up with movement at all for 3 days is not acceptable.
