I actually like the Cherry MX Blue for the distinctive typing sound...but if you do it with your housemates or family members around..it will annoy the hell out of them. Red or Brown feels quite similar to me. Red is better for gaming and Brown is in between Blue and Red.

U gotta try it to know the difference. To me Brown and Red feels quite similar.

Guys, take extra caution as some of the mechanical keyboard is not using cherry switches.

am using the g710+ version. gooding keyboard. not loud. only complain is the arm-rest like not long enuff.  well this model is 1 of the best mech keyboard unless u fancy those rainbow color keyboard LOL

i used both Red and Brown. i like Red more.

noise wise, i think both of them sound almost similar. the typical mechanical key "click and clack".
the different is the tactile feeling of it, with brown u got some heavy feedback while with red its much smoother and lighter.

last time i bought K70 Lux RGB for RM494 from RM569 using discount voucher thru Gem5. not much of cut but im pretty happy with the price.

i didnt have any specific model in mind.

depends on your budget, i would suggest pick any from Cooler Master, Ducky, Logitech or Corsair. thats most easily to get brand in msia.
i dont really like Razer, thats just my personal opinion tho.

no, the MX Red. just want to try after whole time using MX Brown. turns out i like it more than the brown. 

But Brown and Red feels slightly better than normal keyboard. Not distinctive enough haha. I think Razer Green switch is slightly quieter than MX Blue.

Anyway I feel like all these keyboard talk is hijacking the thread...should discuss this in mechanical keyboard thread
