of course cannot refund to u. Gemfive refund back so aroma just get back the credit limit, not real cash mind u. so the cash have been probably rolling in her cashflow. eg. she have a bill due, so she paid that. gone already.as for gemfive refund.. i also double confirm with gemfive today.
