But she has not paid all the victims back yet.
I believe until she has done so, her name isn't cleared
Regardless of the reason she give, until she fulfills the order or refunds it... She is in the wrong.

well, not directly accusing aromachong of doing such, but, Ive personally read more than 10 scam cases whereby the scammers (after being exposed of their personal info) agreed to refund the money in installments (very low amount, no fixed dateline, not consistent), and more often than not, the scammers went MIA (missing) after they made a few rounds of these installments.

if the scammers fulfilled the refund process agreement, in other words, basically the victims r giving these scammers 0% money loan. lol.

Pretty sure this will happen again here.
What surprises me is the victims are protecting her.
I believe the seller has an obligation to refund everything ASAP. Waiting till the end of the month for some partial payment is too slow and too little.

If the seller is unable to refund the payment ASAP, the victims and everyone else has the right to dig further, investigate or even draw their own conclusions.

i thought you made police report to prevent people from defaming you? i think you better enforce it now since this has gotten out of hand. i support you all the way, it is best that you guys meet up to clear the air, the staffs here are very helpful you know they can even meet you at the police station if you want. They have assisted in investigations before.

After not delivering the goods to several people and being unable to provide an immediate refund within a few days...
The only thing the seller should be saying are apologies. Not being angry at staff or other members for trying to get to the bottom of it.

It's as if the seller don't want anyone to learn more of this case.
