Just pick one. START doing it and be CONSISTENT. Change when needed. Continue in the quest for the best program will not work if you do not try it out.

ASBR sucks. Very slow progression. Only adding weight once every 5 weeks is ridiculously slow.

Nobody should be doing ANY routine they find online. Everyone should write their own routines (own exercises, progression). Only beginners shud run templates, that also for 3 months max, after that shud write yourself for life.

Forgive my ignorance.
What's wrong with SL 5x5 for a beginner? I mean, from untrained to do something, logically there will be progress regardless.

Too much volume on lower back. It will fry up a beginners lower back if he does it properly and.... Shitty nonsense rubbish progression.

Exactly. I ran SL for 6 months as beginner. Built some base for my next step progress.
