if there is free service for the accord and it's bought in 04, the car is most likely bought new, and if it's new, the warranty should still be around (at worst case, about 1 month+ over).
If it's under warranty you can get it replaced for free, if it's past the warranty for 1 month, you can raise the issue to handa malaysia and ask for warranty replacement, most likely they'll honour it but you'll need to pay for labour and fluid.
as for the murano, it cost almost 2x the accord, and since you like it so much, why not ask you father to sell of the accord and get a murano instead (it should give you lifetime problem free motoring, from how you described it to be)

btw, which model/generation is it? is it a 2.0, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 or 3.0 model with or without VTEC/iVTEC

from the way he mentions on his first thread, it looks like the previous model of i-VTEC
*
the next thing you know, he'll tell you his dad's accord is a 3.0 i-vtec.
that's the coolest, biggest, most advanced combination from what i put out mah, although the existence is another story.
