QUOTE(westlife @ Nov 29 2016, 03:12 AM) that's why, unless u are on first gold 80 1.0. else the current first gold 80 looks cheaper, but it lacks of the unlimited sms. so it is not really that cheap comparing to maxis one 98. Actually if you look into celcom's weekend 10Gb, according to their website that 10Gb is divided over 8 weekend days, so it's only 1.25Gb per weekend day. If you dont use it's burnt, while maxis weekend is open 5,10,15,20 or 25 for ALL weekends. So looks like a better deal as i can use whenever I want.

QUOTE(westlife @ Nov 29 2016, 08:37 PM) yes, indeed, maxis customer service call center indeed takes much longer time than celcom. celcom one around 1 min or less already got CSO answers. You must be joking, Celcom has best customer service!!! Used Celcom and ported out after 2 months. First their dealer screwed up my email address at registration and even when i raised it they asked me to call their customer service. WTF!! Called them and waited was so long I abandoned the call. And here's the kicker, the next thing I received was a MACHINE Call telling me that I owe them money and line will be suspended if no payment made!!!!! That's what you get with cheap cheap cheap. Plus I can attest that Celcom's speed is no where near Maxis. Signal shows 4G but the experience is slow. This post has been edited by Kimchi17: Dec 16 2016, 02:10 AM
