Not to say XZ, even my Z2 facing such problem yesterday, and the reception is bad as well for today. I'm using maxis. I also did what you do from changing LTE to WCDMA yesterday

Yep, it works. But now I have switched back to LTE preferred and my Z2 is working again

I think Z2 is the loudest phone with stereo speaker from Sony without Ericsson

I mean ringing volume.. I tried both Z2 and Z3 before, end up I got the Z2 for its cheaper price and its louder ringing volume

Z5 price not really significant different compared to XZ... better just go for XZ

What's the damage? Seems perfect for my Platinum

W700i > W995 > Vivaz > Xperia S > Xperia Z2 > Xperia Z(gf) > Xperia XZ(gf)

I would say the XZ rear Camera performance for photo was good and sufficient to me, it has really wide angle lens to to fit most in the shot, it wasn't that bad like what reviews says, just for enthusiast it may not be enough, especially to those who keep on doing the 100% zoom in, it may not be as crisp as the S7 Edge due to the lack of OIS.

Meanwhile true strength of XZ that everyone miss out is the Video performance, I find the video camera performance especially the stabilization is above average

ps: The Phone front facing camera is awesome as well! Wide enough until I don't need a selfie stick, at the sametime perform better than those self proclaim "Selfie master" or whatsoever

Battery performance is pretty decent in my opinion. Moderate usage can last 2 days + without charge, atleast it best out my Z2 which is already quite good imo.

The camera heat problem only occur if you constantly taking photos & video under direct hot sun

Sony been making flagships with soft external speakers... they said the waterproof is the culprit.. but other waterproof smartphone is louder than this... What's more they're not stereo speaker like ours
