u will find improvements in XZ compare to Z3.. but Android is too much competitive.. you might need to go to some retails shop walk around and decide yourself.. but if you are just look for sony xperia, i may give you some quick comparison with your z3.

1. Storage = 16gb (Z3) vs 64gb (XZ, either dual sim or 1 sim+1 microSD)
2. Ram = 3gb for both
3. Display = 5inch full HD vs 5.2inch Full HD
4. Battery = 2900mAh for XZ
5. Camera = Upgraded in XZ with PDAF, Laser AF, SRGB sensor and new camera sensor since Z5 series. Support manual control in XZ. SS up to 1 second only.
6. Chipset = S801 vs S820.. A big bump from CPU & GPU.
7. fingerprint scanner on XZ

The rests is about OS system and minor changes like open USB port with microUSB type C, support quick charger..

depend on what is your needs & requirements..

Nope it's normal when phone is idle it just use 2 core to run. When you touch it or open intensive apps it will auto on the core.. the lag might be caused by the major upgrade from 6 to 7.. just try to perform software repair through PC and observe again.. all your data will be lost, make sure backup everything to your Google email first..

My friend that using xz said android 7 is more power efficient.. he can get 5 hours of sot easily. Since you going to downgrade, why don't try to perform software repair and see..

My friends don't install those benchmark apps and CPU z so I can't compare directly.. most CPU will be sleep while not using..

to get stock rom, always go with xperia companion for our pc.. u can install xperia companion through connect our xperia phone to PC and prompt for installation.

or else, you may download flashtool and choose to download other region firmware if u like..

great to hear that.. Adreno indeed will support Vulkan API.. but not sure how apps developer fully utilitise this vulkan api.. not sure Qualcomm will support vulkan api for adreno 430 which embedded in 810 CPU..

Aukey charger. If possible, direct go for Sony uch20 but price at 199.. uch12 also can but no USB c cable..

I got aukey charger with aukey cable. Sony cable perform faster charging than aukey.. quality I believe Sony

Not sure any third party converter to type c can perform the same performance like original type c cable or not..

UCH20 just a normal charger. My z5 premium also come with UCH20 with 5V 1.5A only..

Aukey QC 2.0 or 3.0 charger definitely a lot faster than this stock charger..

i think not nougat issue.. my xperia z5 premium and other phones also heat up and feel warm all the time on last 2 days.. afternoon onward until night time.. battery drained fast until i turned off my phone and use some water to cool it down first before i charge my phone..

i read from china forum, mostly they have mentioned FB/Messenger are cuplrit.. but personally think is about google play services.. but i dont know..

i'm so worried at that time cause i just bought and used new Jabra headset.. thought the Jabra assist app caused the issue.. but my gf & parents also complaints to me. i found a lot of complaints thread in china forum.. right now is normal as usual already..

Yaya.. From my initial impression, the phone case really can provide full protection.. But it's not a good case for daily usage.. Cannot even put into pocket..
