Guys, question . Which banks consider AXIS SoHu as commercial property? RHB, HSBC and UOB is telling me they're residential, thus subject to 70% LTV ruling .
PBB and MBB is taking longer than normal to revert... |

SOHU can get valuation @ RM 433/psf. That's the highest atm.
