Is this Axis Crown under Scheduel H? Prior to 2008, many service apartment doesn't fall under Schedule H until MOH reinforce all service apartment required to comply with Schedule H.

This Axis Crown is easily 5 years from the day it launched... if still no sign of VP With CF.... buyers should be very aware that the developer might be tempted to abscond...

Not sure about the maintenance whether it get worse or not but I am referring to the structural issue, build quality, the material used etc.

If JMB has a lot of unpaid debt and account payable, eventually they need to raise maintenance fee or one off cash call.

And if the building keep deteriorating, the sinking fund need to be sufficient to upgrade the condition of the building.

Do ask for a copy of audited account before buying decision. You may get surprise at one lump sum cash call.

Rental yield and CF are only a basic investment indicator especially buying subsale or old and rundown subsale. Do not be to fixated with it. The gurus out there just teach basic thing you need to look at as some need to wan sek by earning commission or finder fee.
