If this is meaning if i have to pay Cash for the unit.

rental of RM1200/mth is meaning 7.2% rental yield which is much better than FD.
Where RM1500/mth will be equal to 9% yield.

What are the other risk? If i am paying to the bank in full straight after the auction,
so legally i have the full ownership of the property.

No need to pay stamp duty before the paperwork can proceed also LHDN wouldnt know
about the Cash Payment as well as rental income.
