Has anyone here actually seen the mall there....? I went there the other day to check it out and the mall seems to have a lot of subpar tenants, eg:pirated cd shop. Sort of reminds me of the mall at old klang road, the one with the condos and hotels attached. Despite being a new development it doesn't really have a very good vibe to it. I don't know about the hotels and what not.... Unless they can build a really good hotel, I think this might not be a very good purchase.

Anyone interested to do bulk reno for Axis? If can group we might get good discount on the following :

1. Loft extensions
2. Built in wardrobe
3. Air cond. (this is a bit complicated as the SOHO design was poorly done hence we probably need cranes to have AC installed. )

PM if you are keen. Cheers.

@teoanne, may I know what is a temporary cf ? Does it means the owner can now start renovating and move in legally?

Thanks for your advice.

@teoanne, thanks for your reply.

Hi All,
I was being told that this is a commercial property, hence the maintenance fee, electricity and water bills, plus cukai pintu and tanah will follow commercial rate.

However I was being informed otherwise. Is there anyone that has received their utilities bills? If yes, is it following residential rate or commercial rate?

Thank you.

Guys, Im trying to arrange for bulk reno for SOHU and residence units so let me know if you are keen. If can get at least 5 owners/investors to do this together at around the same time, we could get the following price for fully furnished + basic ID :

2. Fully furnished + basic ID for Axis Residence - 14.5k

What will be given :

BUILT-INS

Built-in wardrobe - Main bedroom - 9 feet wide, up to ceiling
Slide shower panel for bathroom
Kitchen cabinet ( for Axis Residence only)

LOOSE ITEMS
L-shape corner fabric sofa - 5 seater (fully washable) - Not Cavenzi standard ;p
Queen sized PU bed frame + queen size matress
32' LG/Philips/Hitachi LCD with wall mount + installation
Panasanic 6 litre auto washing machine
LG / Hitachi / Toshiba 2-door fridge -Min 300 liter
2 x ceiling fan
Designer lightings x 5 + 3 basic lightings
Create PARTIAL color theme for unit - Owner to choose!!
Electrical items installation

FYI, Im vested in this but honestly dont think anyone out there can match these prices. PM me if you are keen ya, cheers wink.gif
