tis phone w42s is rumoured to hit the gsm market by some observers last time.. and seems their talk become real..

but will it be available worldwide or just to t-mobile like d750i? unknown yet...

ya.. even if only to t-mobile, sure will find the way to reach here as ap.. but still if to t-mobile only quite wasted lo... unlike d750i whihc is sibling to k750i and w800i, tis phone wont hv generic firmware for it i think, the branding will be there permanently, and a lot of features will be limited to t-mobile stuff..

w42s reach malaysia also useless.. its a CDMA phone

w200 looks quite like w800i...

and all we have to wait is CeBIT in feb for official announcement of w880i maybe.. the ws-42 looks alike is confirmed not to be the w880i then..

moto did it.. samsung did it.. and now se too.. i am waiting for nokia version then?

tat was ws-44 look alike leaked from t-mobile..

but now it seems tat w880i is not tat ws-44 look alike anymore.. it is the AI

ya tat was, AI the initial rumoured w880i until t-mobile or gsmarena leaks out the w42s alike as w880i..

but tis seems more like the w880i since the sneak peak released yesterday mimic this phone much..

yesterday pics released were so nice.. but then the look of the full phone (spy shot, rumoured), the keypad dont attract me..

ya couldnt agree more wit that.. best thing is phone tat got AF and can switch it off to ur desire.. but sadly not all se model can switch off the autofocus..

no flash light for the phone? that is another down side for photography...

walkman 2.0 & a2dp, else nothing much special abt the phone apart of its slimness i guess..

seems tis time se go for look and design instead of special functionality

but the brushed metal/silver one, looks like a piece of junk metal

at least wit that keypad looks, no one will ever say 'another v3/razr alike/copy cat' or watever related to that first slim phone - razr

well not for lowyat.net i think

but few other well known se forums, like sato, hofo, seuniverse etc etc, those/some insiders are those who works in SE, released the proto pics or any news and get feedback from the public..

well tat is how insider and proto/rumoured pic works - to get attention, feedback, views from public before 100 announcement.. sure they wont change much of that model regarding how the public feedback, but they may taken in some ideas for improvement or as advice for future model..

not made for proto/rumoured pics. but they are huge forum abt phone worldwide. from general discussion, to release of pic by insider, to guides of modification or etc to almost everything about phone.


yay! lets wait for the official annoucement from se then. i cant wait to see the released crystal clear pic from se instead of these review or candid shot.

compared to the proto/leaked pic last time, although nothing seems changed in the keypad/desing etc, it does seems more pleasure to the eyes now..

that is the diff between a blur leaked pic and details shot... the phone looks a lot better now. i am getting into it too now.. but i wont get it:

reasons:

1. camera not wise.
2. it is not nice to stick a metal to ur face when the temperature around you is 1-2 degree celcius..

but as a second/backup phone or as a gadget on ur table, it does looks really cool..

most probably cant fit the radio hardware into the slim phone maybe!

sometime there are just too much issues.

like maybe the radio hardware is not compatible or not working with phone mainboard etc.

rather than put a no to half working radio etc, it just better to remove it.. well we dont really know what are the designer, maker, developer think though.. there shud be just reason behind them.

it is already launched in europe, uk.. so i guess ori set will reach malaysia set very soon and ap set shud already reach malaysia, ready to be displayed on the shelf.
