I was wondering if there was a way to do this live without an audio interface on a PC. Mix and control music and mic in a single program then output them as a single output so I can hear what is being transmitted real-time.

what kind of mixer? would it be compatible with a USB mic like the yeti or at2020usb

Let me try to explain further what im trying to do.

I want to mix and control my music and mic together real-time, and output it as an "input device" like lets say Skype for microphone settings you usually set as your current mic, but I want to set mine as whatever program or software that can mix and control my music+mic.

so in short, u want to do karaoke?

Any DAW can do that if your PC spec is good, try Reaper
