Was delivering a couple of mechanical keyboards to a /k/ tard living in Bangi Avenue, I thought it would be near McDonald's PKNS in Bandar Baru Bangi.

drove there, drove really long and finally reach in the middle of nowhere, everywhere empty land, with new houses being build/already finished.

found the buyer, fancy shmancy 3 stories rumah teres

but very quiet, still too new i guess.

I asked the buyer, how much he bought it for, he said didn't buy, but renting, RM1250/month only.

fuaarrkkk i live in single storey terrace house in cheras selatan also i know my neighbours all rent out RM1k~1.2k for normal lot (subsale price just under 400k, prop age 26 years). 

but that bangi place is really in the middle of nowhere    cannot do work from there

So what's the lesson we can learn from here? High property prices which does not tally with the rental return?
