So yesterday result:

Shane: Transcend from 40+5 > 46+5
Elysia: Transcend from 40+10 > 44+10 , with one 5* Elysia lying there

Kyrielle: Can transcend to 42 biggrin.gif
- Drop from daily quest ticket x1
- Fused x1

You mean guarantee summon for TEO/KARMA?

It does stated that this summon does not apply with the increase rate for Kyle & Kyrielle and you will get it on your 1250 rubies spent.
