However, these two are not good for Arena at the moment.

Well, there's plenty you can improve depends on your priority.

For example:
1) Do you have a hero for farming rubies with 4 fodders?
2) Do you have essential hero for each day's Castle Rush?
3) Do you have a proper team for Dragon Raid?

Also, try to unlock Mastery with rubies because this will definitely improve your team in all aspects.
