Im not talk bad about Mesa la , but for me mesa abit pricey if compare with lily , and as i know nilai going to have one of the largest AEON mall in 2018. But of cuz ppl want go which mall is their choice la , jz i feels like if in terms of living+investment i will choose lily.

for me i feel quite good , cuz the SKY BUNGALOW ady completed and those GARDEN&WATER VILLA oso nearly complet , at least i can see smtg from them, duno whether u realize onot , currently this is the tallest building in nilai(total floor+car park). Usually places near air port cant have such tall building one , bt becuz they gt big potato in advisor board then ony they able to do it , so i feel safe oso la ~ btw @mrKFC u got buy ma ?

I don't think its quite right to relate with AEON.
In fact the new aeon is not going to be build beside the project. So, all other project in Nilai can also benefit for the new aeon including mesahill.

As I see it, the con of this project are;

1. 1 parking for standard size unit
2. high density - 185 unit/acre
3. unit facing the hill. The hill is quite high till 8th floor?

Any opinion on this?

ya ,agree with ur aeon will benefit to most of the projects in nilai, heard it has 1.2mil sqft ...3 times bigger than palm mall seremban kot

1. mesa all gt 2 parking ? forgot to ask agent last time...
2. yup i agree with it , bt tat day i went showroom i saw most of the buyer also young couple/flight attendant , u know la flight attendant always fly always left the house empty so maybe can reduce some density kot hmm.gif
3. as i know the developer own the hill&land behind lily , soon will build shop lots/bungalow.

btw bro mesa gt what promotion ah ? tat day i quite rush so never listen carefully, can share here ? One thing attracted me about lily is their promotion ,18% cash rebate thumbsup.gif

1. Carpark: Mesahill should also have 1 carpark only?

2. Lily 5.72 acre 982 units

Mesahill 15.48 acre
phase 1 & 2 1071 units soho, mall
Phase 3 1200 service apartment
Phase 4,5. ???

I think both are high density development.

Yes , car park start from 1st-4th floor , means the real Ground floor(residential unit) is actually 5th floor.. my 1450 sqft ony ground floor gt ~ tat time when i see the list most of the lower ground ady sold liao lo , late buyer wont face the hill la cuz most of the available unit oso at high high floor ady
