Not only +4 and +8, it has a + 0.
If you noticed theres a 0,1,2,3 and 4 in the top middle until the right, what you do is add the +4/+8/+0 with the 0,1,2,3 or 4.
For example, if its 6pm now, the +4 will be showing at the 2. So 4+2 = 6, you probably know the time just by looking outside and in case if you dont really know, theres a day/night indicator on the left side of the watch, just beside the 0. Dark blue for day, black indicates night time

The V series came out before Q series, the only difference is the design inside.

Okay these are how to identify the authentic or replica for the P series from what I know.

1. Font is bolder on the authentic ones, if it's only slightly bolder, it's replica already.
2. Engravings on the authentic ones are always deep and sharp.
3. Tilt the watch, and if you see the glass reflecting a glowing blue, yes its a replica. Otherwise, if its transparent then its authentic.
4. The glass on the replica is higher compared to the authentic.
5. Details on the dial will look sharper if its authentic.

Yes it comes with leather, however you can purchase other straps. One of my friend is using rubber strap.
