typical MO. build up reputation. and reach a time when profit is max (many many orders), he runs away.
sometimes i wonder why report police also no use, eventhough bank account details all there since you need your IC to open bank account

Its there a cheap legal way for scammer to get punish? I know police report is futile but what about Kpndkk or some small tribunal?
Thousand of cases happen and people can't do anything. I know that in EU the law is much tougher and people there time even report to get Steam to refund games etc
