okay i've said it earlier on in another thread before.

Originally i had just enough money for my flight back to australia and for the phone.

Then unexpectedly, my girlfriend and I broke up when i came back to malaysia to settle personal stuff. Then she moved out without telling me. And the apartment's bond is tied to me, my name. So I have to pay 1000AUD for a damn apartment that i am not even currently living in. So ended up i have to pay the rent fully or else i will be evicted out of the apartment with all my personal belongings on the roadside in the streets of Australia.

So as it stands now, I paid my money to my landlord and then i realized i didnt have money for my flight back. Hence, why i asked for refund. I asked for a refund before the phone was set to ship. I transferred the money to him/her and two hours later i wanted the money back. he say already transfer into "Celcom's" bank account???

and i asked him for IBG confirmation slip multiple times. but he kept telling me wait til end of the day. lol so what the f*ck

Iinm there's a famous scam in fb about iPhone preorder... Really below market price. Modus op is like they roll money and deliver order until few batches, gather enough buyer and follower. Until they reach final batch order that's already covering their previous loss + extta profit,they will cabut.

I think this thread may have somewhat achieved its purpose, and i thank TS for his courage to voice something out when it isn't right. I was, like TS and several others here, initially an interested buyer of his products as stated in the closed/deleted thread in the garage sales area. There's unfortunately 1-2 buyers who had actually paid him money as well,and i do hope they can come forward to share some proof and their experiences as well. The phone number is definitely the same number that i got while i was also enquiring from him then. It's seems that the defenders/dupes have gone quiet. And come on, if you're really that innocent, why would you go on and delete and close your own comments / threads.. Only people with vested interests or the same person would argue otherwise..

(ps please don't just randomly use words like reasonable doubt / innocent until proven guilty, try telling that to the ones who have been scammed)

He said he found a loophole in the law to scam bank in any loan using fake documents. I didn't think much of it then coz he acted like he's "representing" clients. I shan't reveal more until the time is right.
