my hair been dropping a lot recently for the past 2 weeks - when i wash my hair and comb.

it has never been like this but im worried now because i can feel its thinning.

i highly suspect is my diet - maybe a lot of MSG. So im changing my diet plan now.

meantime do you recommend any pills to take? eg; multivitamins or anything?

thanks!

could do good with some multivitamins but they dont really do anything tbh
MSG is definitely not something you would want regularly in your diet
a lot of factors come into play, genetics, hormones, etc
but tbh, its pretty natural. it'll grow back

lol...........

msg don't cause hairloss......

unless you have brittle nails and brittle hair, multivitamins or supplement isn't going to help.

age and genetics usually is the main reason.

yeah would do good
when using supplements, remember to take them at the right times with the combination of the right food and activities
or else you'll just end up wasting money with no progress

Medicated shampoos do work but then they are generally only a temporary, short-term solution (speaking from personal experience). Try some home remedies like applying a few drops of essential oils (lavender or sesame) on your scalp daily for a couple of minutes. Leave it on overnight and wash it off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. Even a green tea concoction in warm water is known to help in hair fall.

My hair started to thin when I was 20.
If you're male, just get an Obama hair cut when you reach 30, and then later go for a Yul Brynner look.

Do you recently have itchy scalp? Bad dandruff? Haven't been shampooing diligently?

Basically I suspect it's due to unhealthy scalp. If that's the case, just look for solutions to improve your scalp's health again.

U may take zinc and biotin supplement to help u maintain healthy hairs. For dietary intake, make sure you take enough protein, that should do, MSG is not related to hair loss.

Judge on your situation, most likely is something happened to your body 3-6months ago, which imposed sudden stress to your body, causing the hair loss now. Did you undergone any surgery, accident, emotional changes, weight loss etc in the past 3-6 months?

Anyway, if you want to speed up the hair growth, u may try our company product, UG Hair Tonic, proven effects with reasonable price. You may search "UG Hair Tonic" on FB to know more about the details.

It may help you, it may not. Might slow down your hair loss, or speed it up. Might cause your hair to grow back, or might make you bald. We don't know, because we have not actually carried out any actual medical trials. But we have tested it on ourselves, and it works on us.

Our proprietary formulations aren't actually 5000 years old, but we'll go ahead and claim that we have a track record of 5000 years anyway, because we created the formula based on ayurvedic theory, which we have spent a couple of months/years studying. And ayurvedic medicine is 5000 years old, and though there's no 5000 year old ayurvedic treatment for hairloss, we will say we have a 5000 year old track record anyways.

PS: if there's a 5000 year old ayurvedic treatment for hair loss that's been proven to work, how come the Donald isn't using it?

PPS: perhaps you can tell that I do not like trade puffs. In this age of fake news, we don't know what kind of idiotic things people would believe.

Prevention of hair loss includes good hair hygiene, regular shampooing, and good nutrition. Medical health screening for hair loss may include blood tests such as complete blood count (CBC), iron level, vitamin B, thyroid function tests (TFT), and a biopsy of the scalp.

Agreed. Good nutrition for your hair and scalp is also very important, hence the usage of Ayurvedic herbs and extracts in my range of hair loss treatments. PM me for details.

My hair was dropping as well and went to do hair treatment at salon, not sure if it helps but hair stylist mentioned about getting enough sleep and choosing right shampoo being critical. Less sleep = more oil and wrong shampoo e.g. dandruff problem for oily scalp then slowly the 'pores' wont grow as many hair as it should.

I also tried to buy this japanese hair tonic from watson, about rm70+, so far don't think any big improvement.

I'm 29 this year and feeling the same as u, it's like shiet why is this happening. But I do have insufficient sleep for many months now, so trying to work on that now. Haha

Avoid those major pharmacies e.g. Watson, Caring, Guardian, AA etc unless you're looking for typical OTC drugs from Zuellig or overrated supplements from Blackmores.

Try exploring small independent pharmacies instead whereby chances are the owner is sitting inside.

For your condition, try using "Black Castor Oil". First of all, do a little reading on that oil & understand how it can help your hair. If you truly want to remedy your condition, you need to do a little reading.

And thanks, will definitely read on this Black Castor Oil, at this moment. Any info or advice is great help to me.

Try to figure out the root cause ma. Usually if it's not due to genetics, it's due to unhealthy scalp.

So find something that can clean & nourish your scalp. Once it's healthy again, you hair should grow as per normal.

If you can't find black castor oil, try black seed oil instead. At least that one is more common. The Malays usually calls it habbatus sauda. Just be careful a bit cause got a lot of fakes being sold. So research on the seller or brand a bit.

The key is to find out what's wrong & understand what you're putting on your scalp.

But if neem or coconut oil floats your boat, by all means go ahead using it.

Reduce salt intake.
Get enough sleep.
Lower your water temperature if you're showering hot.

You may want to try out this soap - it's made of natural ingredients, and the chilling effect after application is kinda like having hair scalp treatment, only the milder version. Works on my itchy scalp best. However it only removes excessive oil, so you'd feel some oil left after hair wash, hence I only use this during weekend.

Reduce salt intake.
Get enough sleep.

Haha

Can try the UG Hair Tonic that I'm selling, price is a bit high, but improvement is significant, you may check for further details in my FB page smile.gif

my hair been dropping a lot recently for the past 2 weeks - when i wash my hair and comb.

it has never been like this but im worried now because i can feel its thinning.

i highly suspect is my diet - maybe a lot of MSG. So im changing my diet plan now.

meantime do you recommend any pills to take? eg; multivitamins or anything?

thanks!

Stress, lack of sleep and or nutrients, hormonal changes, too much salt in diet...best go consult a professional.
