why sometimes I didn't receive any sms when my transaction amount exceeded the sms notification threshold amount? anyone encountered this before?

is there any setting/option that I can set if I don't wish to use the petronas ikhwan credit card for any online transaction in order to prevent online transaction fraud case? because I only will use this card physically at petrol station
