Q16: I have not received any Welcome Gift after fulfilling the accumulative spend of RM300 on retail spends within 60 days from the date the card is approved.

You better chase them. My card was approved late december and only got it in April. Pretty sure the rest who got it few posts back are holding conventional MBB cards too.
