Just to confirm ikhwan amex cb is base on monthly(1st-31th) correct?

not base on statement date.

Sent an email complaint.

Hi there,

My Maybank Islamic Ikhwan American Express Platinum Card-i ending xxx only received RM50 cashback credited on 7 May 2025 for April 2025 transactions. This violates your T&C that the cashback for March and April 2025 is capped at RM100, as opposed to the usual RM50. As such, I should have received RM100 cashback for April 2025.

I trust you have all my records.

Phone: xxx

Please credit the remaining cash back within 5 working days. Otherwise, I will have no option but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities for misleading and defrauding customers, and seek redress as it may be deemed fit.

Every month also have to call to chase for missing cashback. Not all are proactive like us here. Guess those people that didn't realize will miss out then.

Give Maybank Islamic your Form BE 2024 that you submitted to LHDN recently (due today). Make sure the declared income >RM36000
(If based on your comment in October 2022, your annual income<RM30000 then you could have max 2 credit cards only and not eligible to get Maybank Islamic CC).

Apply at Maybank Card Centre (The Gardens) or branches. Never never apply at Maybank2u/MAE.

I suggested to CS better remove RM100x2 permanently.
RM50x12 won't make Maybank Card Centre, CS, IT and customers feel upset in the future.

Thing is, even during the normal RM50 period also they have credited wrongly before. So can suggest to remove the RM50 permanently too?

M2 Amex don't have much issue since 2011.
Ikhwan Amex a bit complicated for IT. Just to simplify the Cashback merchanism.
