if i pump petronas . i have to use the cc without mestra card. The receptionist does not allow me to get new mesra card. ask me to use setel for points.anyone have suggestions how to get cashback on cc and also mestra?

Hello everyone, I have a question: Does using Petronas IKWAN to top up Setel entitle me to an 8% cashback?
