My November missing still in progress, now need submit another one .
Furthermore, only 3 transactions in Nov, yet they still make wrong adjustments

also, my cashback is short, and called them for the missing cashback on 14th..and a week after for 2nd follow up.

1st may 3rd follow up because haven't got my adjustments.And here is where i argued with CS asking my full rm100 cashback but she insisted that I'm not getting full because my spending is less..

yet, im getting full rm100 adjustments with less spending. I assume they do this manually?now wait them claw back automatically

haha...now i know the exact mechanism, feel sorry plox to the cs..me insisted that the cb is double during these 2 months, and she keep informed me my cb only short rm9.++ which is correct

Yes, accepts amex...asking 1st in case others got experience before..searched but not found..its Takaful Ikhlas Insurance
