You have tried before? Can it be activated by the petronas cashiers?

Must make a few minutes call to 130088xxxx to unlock the card. The phone call may be the extra cost for you.
Sometime you may buy this card at Shoppe.my at discounted price. But unfortunately most of the stations accept cash only for TopUp.

For security reason. It is a good move and I support it. To make sure the card not used by someone else before reaching the buyer. And to protect your personal data, cashier shall not have access to your personal data.

received cash back of RM29.30 for the month of Aug. Mainly on Petronas fuel usage I guess.

Where did you use it didn't get treat point ?

i got 1x TP for non-petronas spending.

Do you kindly sharing how do you use the card?

I mean is it like how we use cc, first insert card, choose language, enter pin and start filling up?

Insert the gift card at pump and fill up, no PIN is needed.
The card is locked if you buy the card online (to avoid loss) from Petronas Dagangan.
The gift card from Maybankard Centre (redemption of Treatpoints) is not locked.
You may buy the gift card unlocked at certain Petronas stations.
Anytime you can top up at cashier, but I don't really know which stations will accept Ikhwan Visa to top up (during weekend, so you can use the credit in the gift card for fuel on weekdays).

Yes. The cards I bought at Shopee in July, the expiry is June 2022.

how long has the merchant been selling on lazada?

Petronas Dagangan (Mymesra, Tel 1300-888181) just joined at Shoppe and Lazada.
Not always you can buy the cards at discounted price.
The RM105 value was sold at RM100 in February.
Limited quantity was sold at RM45 for RM50 value at Shoppe in July.
RM100 card was sold at RM100 - RM10 voucher at Lazada this week.
