o_O... cosmos-s top 3x120mm grill not suitable?... there are 2 mounting methods... with fans outside the casing and inside... maybe can fit the thermochill rad using 1 of those methods...

is it true that high flowrate is not necessary good?.. u need some time for heat to dissipate from the radiator..

the flow rate is more for your block rather than your rad dude. smile.gif

flow rate + head pressure when buying pump, and also heat dump... if wan performance go for idwaki, tht;s king of all pump for wc i think... otherwise D5 or MCP355 with petras top also not bad... but i will go for d5 as its for reliable...

some simple rough comparison between Apogee GT(Bowed) and D-Tek Fuzion with Dual Core Nozzle Kit,
Attached Image
Apogee GT 20mins+ orthos prime
Attached Image
D-tek Fuzion 20mins +orthos prime

D-Tek Fuzion getting a 2-3c improvement, ambient for the test almost same as u can see through the chipset and pwm temp when priming... D-tek Fuzion temp will improve later after the thermal paste sits in well...

I think the high temp i get is due to my radiator... mayb i should get thermochill in the future.. ? laugh.gif

@icemocha,
mayb u can temporarily use D-Tek DB-1? its dead silent and yet suitable for single block setup, if run this pump in series, it will perform very well and yet very silent...

dunno why... ? my temp i get are high for this proc, mayb my e8400 not good???? or hot batch???? or hot ambient... ???? dunno wat's the reason... but last time using the same kit on my x2 3800+ its at least 10c+ load temp cooler thn air cooling(using CM GeminII), which currently the amd proc running as 2ndry rig. or mayb the D4 or my radiator not enough omh d but tht's not seems is the reason... still figuring out... but i get really good temp for my 3870, 38c idle,42c load.. delta of 4c... i think the proc might be a hot batch or mayb the radiator not good enough... as u can see my gpu and cpu idling temp are not far, 41c vs 38c..

wat's ur ambient actually, dont tell me its in aircond room... doh.gif, but i really still finding out y my temps always higher compare to others...

haha, i think i shall stick to my classic D4... wait it dies 1st only decide... db-1 is for my gpu cooling loop... good pump actually, dead silent wen i off my d4 and only switch on tis pump by shortcircuiting to start my psu...

mayb lo... i also suspects tht... i think every batch of wolfdale got diff temp readings... lol
as long as its not overheating will do.. the air comeout from the radiator are cooler thn last time when it share cpu+gpu cooling in my amd rig...
