WEBE fair usage policies does not allow tethering, no torrent,
streaming music n video speed is capped in utube n spotify etc, the worst, video call n internet call is also capped laugh.gif
it is like driving a sport car with a lot of petrol but cannot go beyond 10km/h

don't believe everything u heard from telco hahaha
