I would say it is a very solid mid range SoC but if you're expecting flagship like performance you are insane.

May I know what is the most complain you know? I can't give much comments yet. Initial opinion from me, it impress me on the software and also the main spec such as processor and RAM.

I don't mind when I notice this phone led notification​ only blink white colour, no nfc, only 1080p, and no super camera. If this phone can serve me for next three years, I'm glad to spend my money for xiaomi in future.

depend what you using for. I using my Moto G back in 2014 running Snapdragon 400 play PvZ 2 also no problem what.

If you expect flagship performance for that kind of price, then you deserve a MTK.

May I know if anyone perfectlly manage to install glass protector for redmi 4x? Just curious to know because the curve of original glass make my glass protector not 100% sit on the phone screen especially at the edge of glass.

just noticed my brand spanking new 4a..got rattling sound when i shake the phone..even light shake.

is it normal???should i bring to service centre?

Games only run in 720p so actually it is no problem at all.

No tempered glass can fit perfectly. You would need to fill in gel in between the curved screen and tempered glass to remove the halo effect.

Just touch left capacitive button. It work as task switcher. At the bottom it will show ram info.

my SOT 8-9 hours (battery 95-0%) on 60:40% wifi/3g4g . if battery about 95% to 50% about 5hours SOT

basic calling, watsapp, game intermittently clash royale, metatrader for 1-3 hours, light camera, edit gallery, WPS, etc

I see ppl on wifi can 10-12hours??

Reason : I want syok bah

u can feel sluggishness in gaming. medium game like War Robots...

i owned a redmi 4X first then felt the limitation then sold it for a 4 Prime before. Prime not obvious lag like 435....its not much, but its much enough to notice it *IS* there.

above is ONLY for game.

for normal operation multitasking no difference at all
