After charging the phone,the phone can't being switch on at all,the phone seems dead.
Any solution?Or just can return the phone/claim warranty?

1st time charge ?

2nd charge if not mistaken,start charging from 70%.
Anyway,was able to switch it on after numerous tries.But scared me ,now thinking what to do next with it.

which charger head do u use to charge? Sometimes Xiaomi Devices are not ngam with others brand chargers. I have experienced this b4. I used charged my Xiaomi Mi5 using Huawei Fast Charger, at first its charged full but after mins it went dead and cannot be on. Tried several times cant on, then I called the Xioami Centre, they advised me to charge the phone using Xiaomi Charger that comes with the set. I tried as what they advised. Bingo its charged and i never had any issue after that. Some time the cable also plays it part.

Never know about this.Did you mean the phone could be on after you recharge it with Xiaomi Charger?
Cause it comes with 2 pin charger,so just use other charger to charge it.The 1st charge was OK,don't know what happened on the 2nd charge.

What do you mean about the cable?

Now don't know whether to keep or return and change to other phone.
