Keep repeating the same speech such as off WIFI or off the data saver of Chrome
Hello we all have follow the stupid step but still can't unsubscribe loh!!!!
The day before yesterday I have tried around 30minutes but still not able to unsubscribe the Spotify premium
I have already OFF the WIFI and also off the data saver of Chrome and even use the default browser of my mobile phone
So the end I have called to MAXIS CALL CENTRE and get the guidelines as following:
The lovely Customer Service asked me to: change the mobile data from 4G to 3G
I was like what the hell? Are you sure this is work?
But the Customer Service is very firm and ask me to try on it
Really.. After change the mobile data from 4G to 3G..
Open browser -> type m.maxis.com.my/Spotify -> finally I saw the Unsubscribe option -> Hooray!!!!!!
So for those Consumer like me just try on it
Don't let Maxis charge you MYR 14.99 per month
