Hello Maxis,

I called your tech support, complained about my extremely low upload speed, they ask me to email to xxxxx@maxis.com.my proof of my speedtest result, until now still no response, please help me check what the hell is going on.

This is super unacceptable, I am doing a lot of IT work that involves uploading files, how do you expect someone to sit through a whole half an hour to upload a 5mb file? Please do something about this.

Wow maxis, I am really amazed by how you guys can mess up so damn well. Right after getting a call from maxis, they said they "ADJUSTED" something on their side, supposedly to help me resolve my horrendous upload speed.

Guess what happened, not only did it not fix the upload speed, now my DOWNLOAD speed is affected too. So now not only I have horrendous upload speed, my download speed is also halved to averaging at 5mbps, bravo maxis.

Seriously if TIME has coverage at landed areas, I wouldn't even think twice from switching away from you guys, in fact I am already thinking of getting Unifi's application form on Monday, what kind of fked up service is this.

Yeah I don't get it, what's the point having a forum account if you are just gonna do robot responses. This is supposed to be a place to resolve matters, if everything PM PM, call customer center, might as well just close this forum section and redirect to a homepage with your hotline number.

Anyway it seems like you guys can't seems to spot the case ID in the title, here it is : C18346146. Please seriously call me today, I am supposed to have an appointment with your technician this morning at 10AM, until now haven't come. Call your hotline for half an hour, no one listen. Wow, I am appalled by your service attitude.
