I called your tech support, complained about my extremely low upload speed, they ask me to email to xxxxx@maxis.com.my proof of my speedtest result, until now still no response, please help me check what the hell is going on.
This is super unacceptable, I am doing a lot of IT work that involves uploading files, how do you expect someone to sit through a whole half an hour to upload a 5mb file? Please do something about this.
Ftp speed is 5kbps average, wtf.
