I was advised by a couple unker unker not to get any form of tattoo for they will do nothing but propagate a negative image. Based on your experience, to what extent are tattoos stigmatised in the local industry?

Unless u got a talent that nobody can match and in demand, no tattoo that looks like gangster please. People will think you're a loser trying to tell other people you're something

Some are ok, and will advise you to wear long sleeve due to others might not be as tolerable.

Got impact on job seeking. Last time my intern candidate said she got tattoo, so I asked where. Then she showed me the tattoos on her C cup breast.
Needless to say she was hired on spot .

If I'm the employer, I wouldn't see tattoos as a hindrance for employment. I would see it as a self-expression. It means you're expressive and you're not afraid to hide it.
Kind of a plus for me.
Oh and of course I wouldn't accept nazi and any form of degrading tattoos la.

Let's see if you can even pass the "pre-screening" stage....

we have a male staff in HR unit that have tattoo. He loves to wear this kpop tight short sleeves that his tattoo on his both arms are very visible. The tattoos are extravagant designs with bright color. No problem working with our company since his PR is good. The boss seem to like him a lot since his kipas skill also good
