Guys, need your advice. I got a rig with i5 3570k, so now I want to add a GPU. Should I go just with HD7970 or a newer gen card? Just for occasional gaming so I think HD7900 should be okay for me, plus the cheaper the better.
I'm thinking of GTX 670 and 680 too but I prefer AMD due to Hackintosh and they tend to be cheaper but that was long time ago.

QUOTE(lin@lowyat @ Jul 18 2017, 02:26 PM) get newer version better. RX4 or RX5 series is a good options. I personally using RX560 and so far meet all my needs. price wise also ok. Yeah, doesn't need a high end card but thinking of on par or a tad better should be enough. Is there any possibilities GPU prices drop lower? Hehe... QUOTE(Acid_RuleZz @ Jul 18 2017, 04:27 PM) Rm500 the cheaper the better. Been lurking used card, but hell. Even GTX 680 is still expensive. Haha... To think of it now, I don't mind AMD or Nvidia, any best bang for buck card will do.
