Anyone knows why my fan speed is stuck at 36%?
I tried increasing it in Wattman but nothing seems to change. The fan speed is still at 36% even when temperature reach 90 degree  Using Sapphire R9 290 Tri-x I tried changing the fan speed percentage at msi afterburner but the rpm still the same

I have sapphire RX 580 and the fan wont stop making noise after I'm finished playing some games. I enabled Zero RPM and its still spinning even when the temp is already down.
I had to load another profile and then reset for the fan to actually stop spinning. How do I fix this? I didn't overclock or anything and it only happen to some games |

I wonder if people will be getting RX6800 when RTX3070 has similar performance and has lower retail price.
