Some people say when they watched jayz video they said he got very lucky he got the better variations of the card.
I decide on a RX480 since many say that the card will last longer in terms of support (updates etc) and after a bit of reading the latest updates made the card now perform much better.
Jayz 480 GTR is definitely silicon lottery, i've seen 480 GTR barely overclock to 1400mhz and some get to 75c-80c at stock.
But it is one of the best build RX-480 alongside 480 Strix and maybe Nitro.
MSI Gaming is no slouch either, so try to pick the cheapest between all these 4 cards.

From Haswell Core-i3 is good enough for Polaris imo, for older gen you need i5 at least from my experience.
